Chocolate Mousse Parfait Recipe
Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate, melted
- 1 cup Nature’s Charm coconut whipping cream, chilled overnight
- 3/4 cup soaked cashew nut
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla bean extract
- 1/4 cup cookie crumbles
Instructions
- In a food processor, add cashew, maple syrup, vanilla and process until mixture comes together like wet sand. Put aside.
- Pour out the chilled coconut whipping cream and whip with a hand held mixer until soft peaks.
- Fold in the melted chocolate together until smooth and consistent.
- To assemble, add layers of the cookie crumbles to the jars
- Spoon the chocolate cheesecake mixture evenly into the jars.
- Chill parfaits for 2-3 hours before serving.
- Garnish with a dollop of Nature’s Charm coconut whipped cream, fruits and serve.
