Cookie Dough Truffles Recipe
Ingredients
- For the Truffles:
- 80g vegan butter
- 30g brown sugar
- 100g granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp Nature’s Charm evaporated Oat Milk
- 2 Tbsp Nature’s Charm salted caramel sauce
- ¼ fine table salt
- 80 dairy free chocolate (chopped)
- 170g all purpose flour
- To coat:
- 100g dairy free chocolate (chopped)
Instructions
- Heat treat the flour to get rid of any bacteria by spreading it onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 180C for at least 5 minutes.
- Cream together the butter, sugars, Nature’s Charm evaporated oat milk, caramel sauce and salt.
- Add the flour and mix to combine.
- Fold in the chocolate.
- Rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes. This will make the dough easier to work with and less sticky.
- Roll the dough into balls of preferred size and place in the fridge.
- Melt 100g of the chocolate for coating. Either cover or drizzle the cookie dough balls with the chocolate. Place back into the fridge to set.
- Serve right away or keep in sealed container in the fridge.
