Frozen Banana Pops

Frozen Banana Pops Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 Bananas
  • ½ cup crushed peanuts (or any nut of choice)
  • ½ cup coconut flakes
  • ½ block (130g) of dark chocolate
  • 1 jar Nature’s Charm caramel sauce

Instructions

  • Slice the bananas in half and place a skewer in the middle.
  • Pop on a baking paper lined tray and freeze for 2 hours.
  • Once frozen, drizzle (or dip) each banana pop in the Nature’s Charm Caramel Sauce and pop back in the freezer for 10 minutes to set.
  • While you wait, melt the chocolate in a pot on the stove and prepare the toppings by crushing the peanuts and placing onto individual plates to make it easier to “roll” the bananas.
  • Dip the frozen caramel bananas into the melted chocolate and roll in peanuts and coconut flakes before placing back onto the tray.
  • Pop in freezer for 20 minutes to set and enjoy!
