Mac n Cheese with Vegan Scallops Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can Nature’s Charm evaporated oat milk
  • 1 can Nature’s Charm vegan scallops
  • 200g plant based cheese
  • macaroni

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to the package.
  • Melt the plant based cheese and Nature’s Charm evaporated oat milk in a pan.
  • Drain the vegan scallops and fry these on a griddle pan until golden.
  • Mix the pasta and the cheese sauce together and top with the scallops and fresh herbs. Enjoy!
