Ingredients
- 1 can Nature’s Charm evaporated oat milk
- 1 can Nature’s Charm vegan scallops
- 200g plant based cheese
- macaroni
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package.
- Melt the plant based cheese and Nature’s Charm evaporated oat milk in a pan.
- Drain the vegan scallops and fry these on a griddle pan until golden.
- Mix the pasta and the cheese sauce together and top with the scallops and fresh herbs. Enjoy!
